I ordered 2 of this faucet for our master bath. One faucet was shipped separately. The first one I received was the wrong model. I emailed customer service and they sent a replacement right away. The 2nd faucet had a problem with leaking under the handle. My husband took the handle and the valve out, cleaned it, lubed it, put it back together and he fixed it. I did not want to have to wait for another one to get shipped. That's the reason for the 4 stars other wise this faucet is very substantial and nice looking. The flow of water is very powerful that my husband had to lower the water pressure from under the sink.
