My plumber was skeptical, I was not. This fit the sink perfectly and in the end I was even able to install it myself. It replaced a 60 year old fixture that leaked all the time. I have no qualms about factory returns like this as sold by Amazon. The only thing was that it did NOT have a center handle for the drain stop, but I knew that ordering it. It was about 40 bucks and a new one from a plumbing supply company would have been close to 200 bucks. Money saved, and the feeling of satisfaction doing it yourself!
