Upon receipt of the item, it is found that a made from very cheap metal parts as well as fabrics, in addition, the invoice attached shown the price is 35% cheaper than what I paid to Amazon, send email to EasyAwn and be told over $30 restocking charge for return, so at the end try to take it with no choice, it take over one hour to assembly and the instruction is totally garbage, the last one ribs for the dome awning had to cut shorter about 1/8 inches or if you force to position, it would broken the fabrics. It is not end yet as after the dome awning is completed, it is impossible to drill the hole or put the screw though the frame on the wall due to the formation of dome, totally bad engineering and design, unless all the hole on the wall had been drill in advance, otherwise, it is impossible to screw on to the wall and also, due to the tension of the fabrics, the back frame onto the wall is not straight at all, I can't imagine how this product can sell in the market, totally a pics of junk, get a contractor and don't waste your money.
