The shade and base are lovely - a handsome craftsman/mission style. The functionality of the lamp...not so much. Calls for a 15 watt bulb. The candelabra I got was too tall so I had to get a new one. The new one works but hardly any light. I tried a 25 watt and it's marginally better.The light switch is on the cord...not close to the base. Keep that in mind for access. It's difficult for me to reach as the cord is behind a bookcase so I must fish it out to operate.
