This came on time, packaged well, but was a bit tedious to get put up. First, the cord does not come snaked through the chain, so you have to do that yourself if you want it to look right. Then, the diffuser doesn't quite fit fully across/within the shade, and it tended to hang a bit crooked (which looked really weird) until I pulled and bent everything into place. The fixture itself is beautiful; I just didn't expect to have to go through all that to get it to look right.
One other note...there is no diffuser above, and because this takes 3 bulbs (and I used 40 watt), there is a lot of bright light that glows upward. Wish there was a diffuser above as well as below.
