I have used this ladder full time doing handyman, remodeling and repair work since August of 2011. It is now November 2013 and I can say without hesitation that this is the most versatile and reliable ladder I have ever used. I drive a short bed with a camper shell, so having this fold up to around three feet in length makes it the perfect ladder to get on a single story roof, or I can have a 6 foot step ladder in about 10 seconds with one click.
