Decoteak is a wonderful company to work with. When this bench was delivered, it was damaged. A screw had been ripped out of the hole breaking some of the wood with it. After sending pictures to Decoteak, they immediately sent me a new bench. The only reason I did not rate this bench a 5 is that in a few small spots the finish seemed to wear off quite quickly. When I called Decoteak to ask about ordering some stain to touch it up, I was told they would send me a touch up kit free of charge. My husband did the touch up and it is perfect! I cannot speak more highly of this company. They did everything possible to be sure we were happy with the bench we received. I would definitely order from them again and will recommend them to family and friends!
