Bought this for a kitchen remodel. The heater failed within a few weeks but Westbrass replaced the tank with no argument. It works great and is very attractive. Update: The replacement heater also failed after a few months - on July 5.After reporting the 2nd failure Westbrass sent us a third tank. I installed it the next day and the heater works fine - for now. It has been frustrating but Westbrass has stood behind their product.
