I wanted 2 of these for a remodel so I called the company. I got a real person that answered my questions. I ordered these & they arrived about 3-4 days like I was told. They are just as beautiful as the pictures & look high quality. They are very heavy (25 lbs) but they foamed the shipping boxes so there were no problems with damage. I only wish they included mounting suggestions (glue, epoxy, grout, screws, etc to keep it in the wall?). Be sure your installer knows how to install these & you will be very happy too.
