I already had the Prince for many years and wanted his "Mom" too. I didn't inspect it well enough when I unboxed it and realized after a day or 2 that the edge of one base "legs" was chipped and missing the very end. I had already thrown away the box so returning it for another wasn't possible. So, the only thing I would recommend is to inspect it carefully before discarding the box. If you haven't gotten the Prince, you won't be sorry!

This is a beautiful light fixture and gives good light. When my electrician installed it he had to add wiring as the ones that came with it were too short. He told me that all the fixtures he installed lately from China had very short wires and that while it was probably saving the Chinese lots of money it costs more to install and would make a "self installation" much more difficult. I am glad I had an electrician install this. This was a very expensive light so I was expecting everything to be top notch. I am not sorry I purchased this because it looks amazing.

Nice overall but there were surface scratches on the top of the vanity and the form was off a bit but I'm not going to return it because the form issue is on the side that is going to be butted up to the wall and it won't be visible but overall good item for the money spent, other similar tops are $300+.

Fan seems very well made and durable the body was of a fairly heavy gauge metal.All in all seems like a great product have not had it long but it does move alot of air. Makita BTD140 LXT 18-Volt Lithium Ion Impact Driver Kit Review

Four years ago I had a hand crushing injury at work. I'm a manager of a garage door shop and I have to use an impact everyday. My hand would hurt after a long day of using my old makita or dewalt impact. I was so happy when this item was released. It is so much lighter then any of my old impacts. It also does the job. I use it so much daily that I go through 3 batteries a day. I'm not trying to say that the batteries don't have a long life, it is just that I actually use the impact 6-7 hours a day. After 364 days, the impact started to die, the brushes and motor were shot. I was very surprised, I brought the impact to a makita authorized service center and even though it was "very used" for 364 days, they fixed it in less then 24 hours. For one day I had to go back to using my old heavy impact. It was horrible day. I would not live without this impact. I even bought a second one as a back up. Even though the price is higher then some of the other impacts out there (my wife grumbled a little about the cost)I would absolutely recommend this over any other impact on the market!
